Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home goods you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile decor is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your box, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
