Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day 'Love It or Leave It' guarantee. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Dip ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our logistics to include international shipping to Europe and Australia later this year.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and cotton goods are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to preserve the fiber integrity and color vibrancy of the fabric.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's placed?
